A few years ago, this remarkable, human-powered machine was discovered in a hidden vault in the basement of the Union Depot in St. Paul. There is speculation that this device was part of a research program funded by railroad tycoon James J. Hill, who was interested in all modes of transportation. Hill apparently was interested in the research of an inventor rumored to have invented a crude teleportation device powered by a bicycle. There is no conclusive evidence confirming the huge machine discovered in the Union Depot is that teleportation device, but my sources tell me that the machine had another, more amazing purpose. When I am able to confirm the rumor, you will read it here first - stay tuned...
